Quick help

Try these first

  1. Close KangaBunny completely, then open it again.
  2. Restart your iPhone and make sure iOS is up to date.
  3. Confirm you have the latest KangaBunny version from the App Store.
  4. If controls feel crowded or clipped, rotate your iPhone to landscape and relaunch the game.

How do I move and hop?

Use the left and right thumb buttons to run. Tap HOP to jump, release early for a short hop, or hold for a higher arc. Tap again in the air for one recovery hop.

Can I use motion controls?

Yes. In landscape, tilt the phone like a steering wheel to move and make a brisk upward flick to hop. Touch controls remain available at the same time.

How do I change the sound?

Use the sound button on the main menu to turn game audio on or off. KangaBunny remembers your choice for the next time you play.

Where is my progress?

Completed worlds, stars, best carrot totals, and best times are stored locally on your iPhone. They may be lost if you delete the app or erase the device because KangaBunny does not use accounts or cloud saves.

The game stopped responding

Pause and resume if possible. Otherwise, close and reopen the app. If it keeps happening, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, game version, and what you were doing when it occurred.
